Unit Chair submits conference sessions type (traditional panel, roundtable, joint, performance, etc.), submission statistics (how many submissions to your unit), panel proposals, and participants form to President-Elect. Panel Proposals include: Name of Panel (general topic, theme), Moderator, Panelist Name, Institutional Association or "Independent Scholar/Artist," Title of Presentation |

Unit Chair submits rejected proposals that might be used in alternative forums to President-Elect |

President-Elect notifies that Unit Chairs should provide notification of proposal acceptance. |
